La Navidad española comienza el día 24 de diciembre con la celebración de la Noche Buena.

Christmas in Spain starts on the 24th of december when we celebrate "Noche Buena"

Una tradición de esta noche es la conocida "Misa del Gallo" seguida de una cena familiar.

One tradition for this night is the well known "misa del gallo (cockerel mise)", after that we go for a dinner with all our family.

Es conocido como día de Navidad, continuando con la comida familiar.

This is christmas day. We spend the day having a lunch with the family.

Es tradicional el canto de Villancicos (cantos típicos navideños).

Se celebra el 28 de diciembre. Es el día que se conmemora la matanza de todos los niños, menores de dos años, nacidos en Belén.

It is celebrated on the 28th of December. It is the day which conmemorates the killing of all children under two years old in Bethlehem.

Actualmente en este día se gastan todo tipo de bromas.

NOCHE VIEJA (New Year´s Eve)

El 31 de diciembre, los españoles despiden el año viejo y reciben el nuevo año con las campanadas de las doce uvas y brindando con cava.

Spanish people say goodbye to the current year and receive the new year earing the strock of midnight having grapes and champaign, which is meant to be a simbol of good look.

DIA DE REYES MAGOS

El día 6 de enero se celebra el día de los Reyes Magos. Es uno de los días más esperado por los niños.

On the 6th of January we celebrate the day of the three kinds. It is one of the most anticipated days for children.

Según la tradición la tarde del 5 de enero sale la "Cabalgata de Reyes" (Melchor, Gaspar y Baltasar) Recorren la ciudad lanzando regalos y caramelos.
